All sales are final. Due to the nature of our boutique inventory, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an error was made on our part.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item
- You received the wrong size from what was ordered
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
If you believe there was an error with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be approved.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for sizing issues if the customer selected the incorrect size.
- Colors may vary slightly due to phone or monitor settings.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
